The context

Amina Muaddi is an internationally recognised footwear house with stores and distribution points in several capitals. The challenge: an IT system worthy of the brand’s luxury positioning, able to support multi-site growth without friction, and compatible with the discretion of the luxury ecosystem.

What we delivered

We support Amina Muaddi across the full IT and digital infrastructure. We designed and deployed performant local networks, hardened cybersecurity, and handled full device management (Mac, iPhone, iPad) through a modern MDM along with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. We provide continuous IT support for stores and offices, and we set up and operate Shopify POS at retail. We also integrated and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central K3 Fashion ERP to optimise operations, stock and processes (size/colour matrix, pre-pack, seasonality, wholesale EDI).

Key project points

A 100% Apple IT ecosystem for office and creation teams, managed via MDM for continuous compliance and security. Shopify POS deployed in stores with real-time stock sync between e-commerce and retail. Business Central K3 Fashion ERP steers the whole operation (production, logistics, finance) with the fashion vertical that makes the difference. Cybersecurity structured around Entra ID P2 and Conditional Access. Continuous support for internal teams and stores.
