Is Cockpit reserved for Macinwork clients?

Yes. Cockpit is the steering interface we offer to our managed-service clients — it is the natural complement to our services, not a standalone offering. To gain access, you must be a Macinwork client; Cockpit onboarding is included in all engagements above a certain scope.

Do I lose human contact with my Macinwork counterparts?

Quite the opposite. Cockpit automates repetitive tasks (orders, onboarding, fleet tracking) and frees up time for higher-value topics. You keep your dedicated counterpart, reachable via in-app chat, phone or in person.

Is my data protected?

Hosted in France, encrypted at rest and in transit, MFA enforced, full audit log, documented GDPR compliance, signed DPA with every client. Architecture reviewed annually by an independent firm.

How much does Cockpit cost?

Cockpit access is included in our managed-service contracts. A dedicated Cockpit plan is available for tighter scopes. Pricing is shared during your free IT audit, after we scope your context.

Can I steer multiple entities or countries from Cockpit?

Yes. Cockpit supports multi-entity, multi-site and multi-country setups. Each entity has its catalog, users, approval rules and budgets — while staying consolidated for leadership.

What happens if I leave Macinwork?

You get all your data back in an open format (CSV, JSON) before our engagement ends. No retention beyond the contract period. Reversibility is documented in our terms.
