Does Macinwork cover Microsoft, Apple and hybrid environments?
Yes, all three. Macinwork runs Microsoft environments (Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Business Central) as well as Apple environments (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Business Manager, Kandji, Jamf Pro), and hybrid fleets — which is in fact the most common case in SMBs. No tech tribe: the right tool depends on your business, your data and your identity stack.

What is the difference between an IT partner, managed services and a fractional CIO?
An IT partner covers the full IT remit (support, projects, advisory). Managed services means recurring operation of the system (monitoring, maintenance, security, end-user support). Fractional CIO adds the strategic layer: governance, roadmap, budget, vendor management. Macinwork delivers all three: we run your IT day to day and we carry the strategy when you need a CIO without the cost of a full-time hire.

How much does an IT partner cost in Paris?

Does Macinwork work outside Paris?
Our base is Paris, with on-site intervention within 4 hours on any critical incident in Île-de-France. We operate remotely for monitoring, user support and most projects across France and Europe. For physical deployments outside Île-de-France (network installs, store openings, events) we coordinate with selected local partners.
