Data collected

When you use our site or get in touch with us, we may collect: first name, last name, company, email address, phone number, the content of your message, and technical browsing data (anonymised IP, browser type, pages viewed).

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used to respond to your requests (basis: pre-contractual performance), maintain the commercial relationship (basis: legitimate interest), meet our legal obligations (accounting, invoicing) and improve our site and services (basis: legitimate interest).

Retention period

Prospect contact data is kept for 3 years from the last exchange. Client data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and then archived in accordance with legal obligations (10 years for accounting documents).

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to authorised Macinwork staff and our technical sub-processors (host, email and CRM tools). We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over your data. To exercise these rights, write to hello@macinwork.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

This site only uses cookies strictly necessary for operation (session, language preference). No advertising, third-party tracking or behavioural analytics cookies are placed without your explicit consent.

Security

Macinwork applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control, incident supervision, team awareness. Security being our craft, we apply to ourselves the standards we recommend to our clients.
