Our story
A craft, not a stack of tools.
Macinwork was created in Paris in 2013 around one conviction: demanding companies deserve an IT partner that speaks their language. Not a generalist outsourcer, not an agency pivoting into services — a focused, owner-led firm able to make IT invisible for the people who use it and strategic for the people who steer it.
Our craft is the day-to-day management of users’ IT: operating the IT estate, supporting teams, securing access, steering migrations. We do this for varied sectors (reinsurance, live entertainment, creative agencies, strategy consulting, art galleries, training institutions, fashion brands) that share a common bar: a frictionless IT system and a technical team you can actually reach.
Our office is at 18 rue Commines, in the 3rd arrondissement (Le Marais). That proximity is not accidental: it lets us intervene quickly, in person, at our clients’ premises when a critical incident demands it, and to nurture the human relationship that sits at the heart of our craft.

Technical rigour
No default technical choices, no silver bullets. Every recommendation rests on a factual evaluation, a comparison of alternatives and an understanding of the specific context.
Where we work
Paris, Île-de-France, France, Europe.
Our base is Paris. We intervene in person within four hours on any critical incident in Île-de-France. We operate remotely across France and Europe for supervision, user support and most projects.
For physical deployments outside Île-de-France (network installations, site openings, events) we coordinate with selected local partners. This lets us support clients internationally while keeping a hand on technical quality and governance coherence.
