Dante audiovisual integration for Fashion Week and showrooms

High-definition LED walls and Dante audio networks for performant, immersive installations.

Audio visuel Dante et LED

A successful AV installation rests on rigorous design and strict technical discipline. Formats evolve, expectations rise, immersion becomes central — but reliability stays primary. High-definition LED walls, Dante audio networks, content diffusion and sponsor animation are each integrated with precision.

Who it is for

Who it is for

Fashion and luxury brands

Fashion Week shows, collection launches, press activations. Environments where AV quality is a direct reflection of brand identity.

Permanent showrooms

B2B wholesale presentation spaces: LED walls as backdrops, lookbook diffusion, immersive sound ambience.

Corporate events

Conferences, general assemblies, executive seminars. Ad-hoc installations that are nonetheless demanding on quality and reliability.

Premium workplaces

Executive offices, board rooms, client-facing entrances. Discreet diffusion, aesthetic coherence with the architecture.

What we do

What we do

01

High-definition LED walls

Design and integration of indoor LED walls (1.5 to 3 mm pitch) for backdrops, windows, meeting rooms. Precise colour calibration, sync with the control room.

02

Dante audio

Audio-over-IP via Dante (Audinate): digital transport with ultra-low latency, distribution across many zones, integration with conference and diffusion systems.

03

Video control and diffusion

Video mixers, media players, HDMI / SDI / NDI routing, streaming capture, simultaneous diffusion across multiple zones.

04

Stage and ambient lighting

DMX moving heads, DMX architectural lighting, programmable scenarios, Crestron or Crestron Home control interfaces for simple operation.

05

Sponsor and fashion content

Sponsor content integration and diffusion during shows, reels and animated lookbook management, event-timeline-synchronised playlists.

06

On-event technical presence

Technical team on site for rehearsal, dress rehearsal and show. On-call for the full duration of the event. Rapid dismantle at end of run.

Methodology

Methodology

01

Study and concept

Venue, scenario and technical-constraint analysis (electrical power, floor loads, ceiling height). Costed technical proposal.

02

Pre-production

Detailed technical drawings, equipment ordering, content preparation, workshop testing. Coordination with scenographers and stage managers.

03

Installation and dress rehearsal

On-site setup, cabling, LED calibration, Dante tuning, full dress rehearsal with all stakeholders.

04

Show and dismantle

Full control-room presence on show day, immediate response on any incident, safe rapid dismantle at end of run.

Discreet LED wall for openings and temporary exhibitions, per-space sound ambience, invisible integration into the exhibition path.

Engagement

Engagement model

Two modes: permanent installations (showrooms, corporate spaces) billed per project with optional recurring maintenance; one-off events (shows, launches) billed as all-inclusive packages covering study, equipment rental, installation, show control room and dismantle. Maximum responsiveness on Fashion Week slots (February, March, June, September).

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Dante audio networking?
Dante (developed by Audinate) is the de-facto standard for professional digital audio transport over standard Ethernet. It distributes hundreds of high-quality audio channels with ultra-low latency (sub-millisecond) on IP infrastructure. Used by all professional show control rooms, recording studios, theatres and premium showrooms. It progressively replaces analogue and MADI transports.
What resolution for a showroom LED wall?
Choice is driven by pitch (distance between LEDs). Close-viewing walls (1-3 metres, typical for showrooms): 1.5 to 2.5 mm pitch. Wall viewed from a distance (10-15 metres, runway shows): 3 to 4 mm. Tighter pitch yields finer visuals but cost rises quickly. We size precisely to viewing distance and budget.
Can we integrate AV in a Haussmann building?
Yes, with care. Constraints: floor loads, ceiling heights, available electrical power, cable paths, preserved aesthetics. We regularly work with interior architects on Paris projects to integrate equipment invisibly — hidden cables, recessed speakers, LED walls in motorised hatches.
How long does a permanent LED-wall installation take?
For a 3-4 metre indoor wall: 2 to 4 days of installation, preceded by 2 to 4 weeks of equipment ordering and preparation. Colour calibration takes half a day and should be repeated every 6 to 12 months depending on use.
Who manages the content shown on LED walls?
The client provides final content (videos, images, animations). We configure media players, playlists, broadcast schedules, and train the client for autonomous editing. For major events, our control room operates live against the event script.
Does Macinwork supply equipment or only install?
Both. For permanent installations, we supply and install equipment with our distributor partners. For one-off events, we can supply equipment through rental or integrate rented gear procured through our partners.
What is the minimum lead time for a Fashion Week show?
Ideally 6 to 10 weeks of preparation. We can intervene on shorter timelines (2-3 weeks) for more compact formats if the venue and concept are already set. Slots tighten during Fashion Week seasons, so we recommend reserving 3-4 months ahead.
Do you handle capture and streaming?
Yes. Multi-camera capture, video mixer, RTMP streaming to Instagram Live, YouTube, dedicated platform. We can also produce the event master, rushes and short social clips. For more ambitious productions, we coordinate with partner production companies.
