The context

The Frankie Shop is a contemporary fashion brand whose activity spreads across Paris offices, warehouses and a network of stores, all backed by a performant e-commerce. The challenge: keep IT coherent for 100 users across very different profiles and needs, support store openings, and maintain daily operational continuity.

What we delivered

We manage the entire IT system of The Frankie Shop: offices and their 100 users (workstations, identity, collaboration tools, security, daily support), warehouses (operational workstations, label printers, scanners, ERP and logistics integration), stores (network, Shopify POS tills, segmented Wi-Fi, video-surveillance), and the modern management tools that keep it all coherent (MDM, centralised identity, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, continuous supervision).

Key project points

Unified IT management across three site typologies with opposing constraints: offices demand productivity and security, warehouses require reliability and ERP integration, stores impose commercial continuity and PCI-DSS compliance. Coherent IP video-surveillance across stores and warehouses with centralised supervision. Turnkey store openings: dedicated network, Shopify POS tills, cameras, segmented guest / staff / POS Wi-Fi. 24/7 supervision to detect any connectivity or POS-service loss immediately — a daytime incident means lost revenue in real time.

The relationship

Our engagement is continuous and covers the full IT scope, from structuring choices to day-to-day operations: opening a new store, resolving a till incident, onboarding a new team member, replacing warehouse equipment.
