Festivals, LED wall in production

The context

We operate each season on the major music festivals in France and Europe: Rock en Seine, Main Square, Vieilles Charrues, Lollapalooza. Our role goes far beyond pure technique: we work directly with the production teams to use the LED walls and diffusion systems as a media channel in their own right throughout the festival — between concerts and during key moments.

What we do

Between concerts, our teams steer the content shown on LED walls: interactive activations with creative filters (brand experiences such as Samsung, Snapchat or Disney+ have been orchestrated on our installations), karaoke diffusions synced with music-platform playlists such as Deezer or Spotify, rotating sponsor spots. We also handle public information: upcoming-concert announcements, site-map reminders, circulation guidance, welcome messages. When the weather turns, we relay safety instructions and essential information to the public, in close coordination with production and security teams.

Why it is critical

A music festival gathers tens of thousands of people on a temporary site for several days. LED walls and diffusion systems are the main channels visible to everyone. They must run continuously, adapt in real time to a shifting programme, and switch instantly to safety-information mode when weather deteriorates. That takes reliable technique, on-site teams, and tight coordination with production.

Our approach

Dedicated on-site teams for the full festival duration, continuous coordination with the general control room and production, upstream content pre-production, redundant diffusion paths so we never go dark in mid-show. We work on the main stage scenography as well as secondary stages and ancillary zones (entrances, catering areas, sponsor villages).
