The context
Live Nation is a major player in the live-entertainment industry. We support this company on very specific missions: ad-hoc technical reinforcement at concerts and events, and tailored technology solutions for artist activations or specific event activations.
What we do
Two modes of engagement, often combined. On one side, technical reinforcement: we mobilise IT and AV teams at concerts or events to absorb load peaks or cover ad-hoc needs that internal teams cannot handle in parallel with their regular programming. On the other side, bespoke technology solutions: temporary high-availability internet installation, event tills and payment solutions, tracking and badging, temporary audiovisual installations (sound, video, lighting), ephemeral printing (bracelets, tickets, on-site signage).
Types of projects
Every mission is calibrated to the artistic and operational context. Support for a special guest or artist requiring a dedicated technology setup. Private events around a concert. Sponsor activations tied to a tour. Exceptional concerts in non-equipped venues requiring full infrastructure deployed and dismantled in days. Testing and validation setups before a series of dates launches.
Our approach
We operate in project mode with teams assembled close to the need, tight sizing and full reversibility: temporary installations are set up, operated, dismantled without leaving a trace. Maximum responsiveness, close coordination with production and tour teams, absolute discretion on sensitive artistic projects.
